The science and practices I share with you in this program are a reflection of my personal healing journey. Committing to this work and path, I have healed my panic attacks, anxiety and depression. I turn to these exercises to calm my nervous system, process and regulate my emotions, and deepen my relationship with myself and Source energy. It is with great love that I share this work with you.
What to Expect
Each day, you’ll receive an email from me with a new practice — a blend of education and experiential exercises that include movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection. These practices are the very tools I rely on to stay grounded and connected, and now you’ll have access to them too.
All materials — including audios, videos, and written guidance — will be delivered directly to your inbox and are yours to download and keep for life. This way, you can move through the journey at your own pace, returning to the teachings and practices whenever you need them.
