My work is rooted in my own healing journey, which began with a desire to move through anxiety and PTSD, and has evolved over the past 20 years through the study and integration of somatic practices, movement, trance-based work, and subconscious exploration.
Today, I offer an integrative approach that weaves together body-based awareness, guided inner work, and expanded states of consciousness — supporting both nervous system regulation and deeper internal transformation.
Whether we are moving, breathing, or in stillness, the through-line in all of my offerings is the trance state — a natural, accessible doorway into the subconscious and a powerful space for healing and re-patterning.
