who we are
Garnet and Dani have been guiding transformational retreats together since 2021, creating immersive spaces for healing, embodiment, and self-discovery.
Their work blends movement, breath, somatic awareness, and integrative healing practices—supporting the body’s natural ability to release, restore, and reconnect.
Garnet’s approach is rooted in movement, touch, and intuitive bodywork. Integrating Osteopathic principles, craniosacral therapy, and breathwork, he facilitates deep states of restoration—supporting the body’s innate intelligence to rebalance and heal.Dani guides others back into their bodies through movement, somatic practices, and deep inner inquiry. Her work supports the release of stored tension, nervous system regulation, and authentic self-expression—inviting a deeper connection to self and a more embodied way of living.
Together, they create powerful, grounded spaces where transformation unfolds—bridging movement and stillness, science and spirit, structure and intuition.
