1:1 Somatic Re-Patterning Session + Integration Practice

A personalized, body-based process designed to gently shift nervous system patterns and the core beliefs held within them — creating the conditions for deeper, lasting change. This work goes beyond surface-level insight.

This work supports you in moving beyond insight and into lived, embodied experience.

Rather than working through the mind, we work directly with the body — where many of our patterns around safety, connection, and self-expression are stored.

What This Work Is

Many of the patterns we experience — such as people-pleasing, over-responsibility, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty expressing boundaries — are not just mental…

They are nervous system responses that live in the body.

In this 1:1 session, we work gently with these patterns through:

  • Developing a felt sense of safety in the body

  • Strengthening boundaries and authentic self-expression

  • Increasing emotional regulation and resilience

  • Building self-trust and internal stability

  • Somatic awareness, guided movement and expression, breath and nervous system attunement.

  • Releasing patterns of over-responsibility and people-pleasing

Step 1: Connection Call (30 minutes)

We begin with a private consultation to explore what you’re moving through and whether this work feels aligned.

This is a space to connect, ask questions, and sense into the process together — with no pressure to continue.

Step 2: Your 1:1 Session (60–90 minutes)

In our session, we identify and work with a specific pattern as it shows up in your body.

Together, we engage a guided, experiential process that may include:

  • Somatic tracking (noticing sensations, impulses, and patterns)

  • Gentle, intuitive movement and expression

  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation

  • Exploration of boundaries through the body

  • Slowing down habitual responses and creating new ones

    This allows you to not only understand the pattern — but feel and experience a different way of being in real time.

Step 3: Personalized Movement Practice (30-Day Integration)

Following our session, you’ll receive a personalized somatic practice — a short sequence of movements and awareness cues designed specifically for your pattern and intention.

This practice is meant to be repeated daily (5–15 minutes), and may include:

  • Simple grounding and regulation exercises

  • Movement patterns to support boundaries and self-expression

  • Awareness prompts to shift habitual responses

  • Breath and body-based integration

Over time, this repetition supports:

  • Nervous system re-patterning

  • Increased capacity and regulation

  • Deeper embodiment of new beliefs and responses

My work is grounded in over 20 years as a dancer, movement facilitator, and mentor, as well as my own long journey of healing attachment wounds through somatic awareness, embodied movement, and re-patterning practices.

Rather than working from a diagnostic or clinical model, I offer a relational, experiential space where insight, regulation, and transformation arise through presence and felt experience in the body.

This work is not about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about building an internal relationship that feels safe, responsive, and supportive — often for the first time.

The body remembers what the mind forgets — and it’s through the body that we learn to feel safe again.
